 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Matt:22:37-40

Jesus was very clear about his message of Love in this encounter he had with the Sadducees, and then the Pharisees. He expressed a passion of Love, in a loving way.  He did not condemn either group, nor did He let their attempts at legalism compromise His purpose.  At the Nicene Church you will find just that; the Love of Christ expressed through all that we say and do.  We accept people for who they are while providing a pathway for s strong relationship with Jesus Christ.  +++Henri
